Best Happy Hour in DTLA

I had been to Preux & Proper for their succulent dinner menu, but happy hour is a completely different ambiance that will teleport you to New Orleans for 2 glorious hours!  The best happy hour is from 4-6 featuring drink specials like beer, well cocktails and bites for a great price.  But I picked a Piña Colada daiquiri, which has coconut moonshine my absolute fave!  The bootleggers’ hooch in this drink it’s so smooth it will trick you in to thinking you are not having much alcohol but it’s a stiff one 😉  Oysters are a dollar so no brainer we decided to start with 6…oh boy they are as smooth as butter!  Executive Chef Michael Ruiz picks only the finest seafood from the Gulf Coast.  We were surprised by Chef Caesar with corn dogs N. O. style made from scratch with spicy sausage.  Served traditionally with a side of homemade relish, dijon mustard, and of course ketchup.  I kept wondering…how had I not discovered the best happy hour in dtla that satisfies my every desire!  Well it’s almost 4pm so ya’ll know where I’ll be…

Bon appetit 😉

Best Oysters I’ve ever had!!!! Round 2 😉
