The desert weather is beautiful this time of the year, sunny but cool. This Zara midi dress is just right because it can be dressed up or down. Today is dress down with superstar Adidas and a quilted biker jacket. Accessorizing is important to me when I wear a color from head to toe. This comfy Zara midi dress look is ideal for a day of shopping, Sunday Funday brunch, or the perfect look to go from day to night just by swapping to strappy heels.
In my hometown with my family for holidays for the first time in almost a decade and I couldn’t be happier! Seems like yesterday that I left this small town and not much has changed around here. El Centro, CA is not Mexico lol! as most people think when I tell them where I grew up. It was a good place to grow up, where not much happened but I think that was a good thing. I quickly grew out of this place and decided to pursue college elsewhere. I dreamed about living in downtown LA since I was a little girl, I would look up at the abandoned and runned down high rises and see nothing but the beauty. Naively wondering “how come no one lives in these castles?”. There’s no “castles” in El Centro but it will always be my hometown.
